***We have been closed, periodically, for the last week (October 10-17) due to a death in the immediate family. The funeral was October 17th, and we are open in partial capacity now, as of October 18th. We will be closed October 23 and 24th, as previously scheduled, as well as October 31st. We are currently working to get everyone's orders and rootwork service reports caught up by the end of the month.
We have been keeping everyone posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages, with up-to-the minute updates ever since October 11th, after my husband's mother passed away, however some of those who shop with us may not follow us on Social Media. So, I would like to emphasize the following: "If you shop with us, please follow us on social media." Because that is the only way to keep everyone updated on things like this that unfortunately come up, or literally any other updates.
Shipping time for orders September through December 2019 varies, 2-10 business days depending on size of order.
We usually stay booked for Rootwork services 2-3 weeks in advance, but orders with
Urgency Fee Add-on's take priority, as do Wholesale product orders.
We ship worldwide, however if the system is unable to calculate shipping to your country, email us and we can send you an invoice with calculated shipping costs.
We are open Monday through Friday unless otherwise posted on social media. Closed weekends and U.S. Holidays.

We do have a heavy email volume, so your patience is appreciated. If you have not received a response from us within a week or two, please kindly send your request again because it means we have overlooked your message unintentionally and we strive to be as prompt as possible in giving our clients the attention you deserve. However, we do not have a separate department that handles emails, social media posts, manufacturing, shipping, or any other division of business. So please be aware I am multi-tasking.
When ordering a service, please be sure to send me all the information needed to avoid delay. I will not send requests for information or reply to status update requests, if you have already sent me the information I need for your service. If no information is provided to me at the time of purchase, I will provide a general service for you and let my intuition guide me.
MOST orders normally ship within 12-15 business days, however larger orders may take longer, as well as during times when we have a high order volume. All orders are MADE TO ORDER.
I stay booked between 2-4 weeks in advance for Rootwork Services unless an Urgency Fee is purchased. Reports may take longer during busy times. Neither a reading, nor a consultation are required for purchase of Rootwork Services.
