I will perform your service based on the information you provide to me. If you do not provide complete information at the time of ordering, your service will be performed based on the information you have made available to me. If no information is provided to me, I will make up to 3 attempts to follow up with you to obtain the information needed. If I still do not receive the information, a general working will be performed for you, or I will use the information that was made available to me for a previous working if you are a return client. However, when possible, I don't wish to make assumptions, so PLEASE provide me all the needed information within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please read my complete shop policies before purchase and allow some time to respond to emails, as I am normally booked approximately 2 weeks in advance, and I may get 20-50 emails per day. While I attempt to provide the best customer service, at times things can get overlooked inadvertently or take more time to complete. So, please be aware of this, although I am currently working to improve the process so it is smoother for everyone.
Turnaround times for reports for services, as well as Product Shipping times on most orders can take up to two weeks, as all items are crafted to order, and I always do have a full schedule at any given time. Service orders placed with an urgency fee add-on do get priority.
Please also be aware that reports can take longer to prepare due to the number of photos, which can vary between 7-30, depending on the type of service. I also sometimes provide a short (10-20 second) video of your candle burning for figural candle workings. I do impecable work with complete focus on your spell or service, and I take pride in every working and every bottle of oil, and that kind of quality and attention takes time.
